From our Bureau of Repression-Oriented Visits From Colonial Masters with some assistance from our Re-Russification of Cuba Bureau
One of Grand Putinia’s masters of repression visited Castrogonia this past week, to check on his colonial subjects and provide them with useful tips on the handling of dissenters.
We have no details of what was discussed by Castro, Inc.’s top dogs and Russian Interior Minister and Police General, Vladimir Kolokóltsev, but do know that one of the main subjects was “cooperation in law enforcement.”
Yes, law enforcement. Translation: repression of all dissent. This involves gifts such as police trucks for the transfer of prisoners, which Grand Putinia defines as “humanitarian support for Cuba.”

Former Cuban ruler Raúl Castro received in Havana the Russian Interior Minister, Vladimir Kolokóltsev, who is on an official visit to the island “to discuss matters of police cooperation.”
The regime’s Foreign Ministry said in a brief statement that Castro received the Russian Police general in an exchange in which the excellent state of relations and the high level of political dialogue between both countries was confirmed, without offering further details.
Kolokoltsev also met with the ruler Miguel Díaz-Canelbut the Cuban regime limited itself to reporting that the Russian official’s visit, which began on November 20, was intended to discuss cooperation in law enforcement and strengthen friendship.
However, Russian media said in another brief note that Kolokóltsev would hold “a series of meetings with officials of the Caribbean country, during which issues of police cooperation between both nations will be addressed.”
The visit is part of the fluid exchange between the Russian and Cuban authorities, as part of the rise of relations between the Havana regime and its Kremlin ally.
It is unknown whether officials addressed the recruitment of Cuban mercenaries in Russia’s war against Ukraine, a scandal that was uncovered at the end of last August.
The spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry María Zajárova reported at the beginning of October that her government was acquiring specialized machinery and equipment, as part of the commitment to humanitarian support for Cuba.
In 2019, the Russian government gave the Cuban regime five police trucks for the transfer of prisoners, with a value of more than $553,000 (36.1 million rubles).
Note that the “president” was apparently not part of the meeting, which of course goes with the fact that the old faux general is still the real dictator. In a way, the “revolution” is such a fraud that it’s pathetic.
