Yes, but it is as it should be. At worst, it’s better than what Cuba would be now if there had been no “revolution.” Or that’s what the usual suspects effectively believe, even if they won’t come out and say it.
Kind of like the propaganda around covid. “Yes people who are vaccinated are still getting sick w/covid & going to the hospital & some even dying (probably from the vaccines) but it would have been a lot worse if they hadn’t been vaccinated.”
