Cubans left homeless by hurricane Oscar living in muddy tents while hotels remain empty

Here’s you new permanent residence! Welcome to the stone age, comrades!

From our Bureau of Socialist Compassion and Social Justice

Castro, Inc. is distributing primitive tents without floors to hurricane victims in eastern Cuba. Yes. Tents that don’t cover the ground and force those living in them to contend with mud and constant dampness. Never mind the fact that they have no electricity, running water, toilets, etc…. These Cubans are now living in stone age conditions, just like Cuba’s Taino natives did before the Spanish massacred them all.. Meanwhile, nearby, thousands of hotel rooms are unoccupied.

The worst part of it all is that Castro, Inc. will leave these Cubans living in tents forever. This is all the help they can expect: to receive: a lousy tent. And for those whose homes were not completely destroyed, all they can expect is to be sold reconstruction materials at exorbitant prices. This is socialist compassion and social justice at work.

Loosely translated from Cubanos Por El Mundo

The communist regime continues to disrespect Cubans and, apart from abandoning them during Hurricane Oscar, now offers the worst conditions for the victims to sleep in tents.

This is while the hotels on the island are empty, and could be, at least for a few days, a decent place for the people who were left homeless.

In Guantanamo, dozens of people who lost their homes due to Hurricane Oscar are living in deplorable conditions.
According to complaints on social media, the victims were housed in tents without floors, exposed to humidity and mud, which has generated indignation among the population and activists.

The tents, set up by the communist authorities as a temporary solution, do not have the basic conditions to adequately protect the affected families, who need a more dignified shelter while they wait for the reconstruction of their homes, a promise that may never come because that is how the dictatorship works.

“Unfortunately, we know that 99.99999999 of these families will be left in this situation. History and the facts will tell us,” wrote a Cuban on Facebook.

“It is a shame that the brothers who have lost all their homes in Guantanamo have to sleep in bad tents, because they don’t even have a floor, the floor is mud,” says a message posted on the social network X, formerly known as Twitter.
The lack of an effective response to this crisis has generated criticism of the Cuban regime by those affected.

While some argue that this situation shows a lack of consideration for the poorest sectors, others accuse the communist regime of prioritizing tourism and the image of “stability” instead of attending to the urgent needs of citizens.

  1. All the while a socialist/communist candidate – who is responsible for illegal immigration into the United States to undermine a capitalist free nation and spend millions (billions?) we do not have housing illegals in fancy hotels while ordinary citizens are forced to be homeless because of lack of money because of high government spending – may be elected to run things in the U.S.

Americans are willingly voting for this as we may become Cuba. Will we lose our country in this upside down world?
