Just listened to the radio interview, looks like those guys really did their homework and asked great questions. I hope that’s not the only outlet representing the right.

Frankly, I was expecting better questions from Jeff and Bill. Maybe next time they have you on they can let you go into more detail about Cuban-Americans.

Val, you did great. But they had you on for a criminally short amount of time. You should have your own show 🙂
Just FYI, they know who Castro is, know the difference between Mexico and Cuba and the pinata thing, they just like sarcasm a little too much. I’m sorry that they didn’t take the segment more seriously. But that’s who they are, so you have to find a way to get your message across and humor them at the same time. I recommend “cubanisms” next time. I think that would suit the style of Jeff’s show.

For the record, we took the segment very seriously. We just let Val come off as the informed one.
Honestly. I know more about Cuba than he does. And I speak fluent Cuban, too.
