The following two videos offer just a glimpse of the violent oppression suffered by the Cuban people at the hands of the apartheid Castro dictatorship. A regime that has no regard for human rights or human life and brutally attacks any form of dissent. It is also the same regime that President Obama has decided to embrace and offer the full support of the U.S. government.
In the first video you can see how the Ladies in White are violently arrested and dragged away to an awaiting bus the moment they step out of their headquarters to carry out their peaceful Sunday march to church. In the second video, you see Castro security agents brutally arrest two blind street vendors in Havana’s Central Park.
This is Cuba today. And it is now Obama’s Cuba.
