Cuban “Bond-Girl” Ana de Armas is no anti-communist Cuban “exile”–she’s an archetypical Commie-loving Hollywood-ite who will star in movie GLORIFYING “The Cuban Five,” who are communist spies convicted of conspiracy to commit espionage and of murdering American humanitarian workers (SMART! career-move, you must admit!)

EXCLUSIVE: Cuban actress Ana de Armas (Blade Runner 2049, War Dogs) is set to co-star in Olivier Assayas Wasp Network, the spy drama based on Fernando Morais’ book The Last Soldiers of the Cold War. De Armas joins previously announced cast members Edgar Ramírez, Penélope Cruz, Pedro Pascal, Wagner Moura and Gael García Bernal (who played Che in Robert Redford’s famous The Motorcycle Diaries.) The film, which will go before cameras in Havana at the end of this month, tells the true story of Cuban spies in American territory during the 1990s, revealing the tentacles of a Florida-based terrorist network (i.e. Brothers to the Rescue) with ramifications in Central America and with the consent of the U.S. government.”

Ana De Armas was a reputed lover of notorious Che Guevara groupie Benicio Del Toro, who she met in Madrid upon the premiere of Del Toro and Soderbergh’s iconization of Che Guevara in the movie Che.

(Above: Stalinist Cuba’s KGB-founded and mentored media has been gushing all over Ana de Armas lately….wonder why?)

“Bond girl Ana De Armas pays tribute to her home country of Cuba in gushing post– “I’m proud of Cuba–I will always be proud of it,m I will always remember, I will always want the best for my country and my people.”

Granted, such gushings can be construed in various ways. But given that Ana De Armas is often gushed over in totalitarian Cuba’s KGB-founded and mentored media (pics above) –the obvious inference (especially in light of the rest of the info. above) is that recent Hollywood resident Ana de Armas is gushing about Castro and Che Guevara’s version of Cuba.

Raul Castro greeting his murderer/spy Gerardo Hernandez (who communists and their VAST network of agents-of-influence refer to as a “political prisoner”) upon his release to Cuba by Obama. Shortly Ana De Armas will glorify murderer/spy Hernandez in a movie.

(For the benefit of our many and valued amigos who live outside the tiny Cuban-American informational ghetto and the almost hermetic Miami Spanish-language news bubble, here’s a briefing on the The Cuban Five, (or “Wasp Network”) who Ana de Armas will help glorify in a major Hollywood movie, much like her reputed lover Benicio Del Toro glorified Che Guevara.

“Even here in Poland many people were duped into believing the myth of Che Guevara. After reading Humberto Fontova’s excellent book, they will have have no excuse.” (Tomaz Pompowski, Polska Times,–division of The London Times– Warsaw, Poland)

  1. Ana de Armas is a product of the regime. She is one of those Cubanoids who never have anything negative to say about the tyranny. You would think that she’s from Switzerland or Denmark, you know from a country where no one has any complaints.

She started her career as an actress in Cuba. She made her first movie there at the age of 16 and caused a controversy because she disrobed. She moved to Spain [not seeking freedom], but rather seeking job opportunities as an actress . She became a popular actress and continued to disrobe. From Spain, she moved to the US in order to expand her horizons as an actress.. She has quickly risen up and has continued to disrobe with frequency. She constantly travels back to Cuba. She is tragically no different than the Cubanoids who come to the US and within a year and a day are back in Cuba enjoying Varadero and Cayo Coco. You know the type that if you say something bad about the regime, they tell you, “castro never took anything from me” and “you put him in power, your remove him!”

Its sad, because she is so beautiful and a good actress, but she is the product of the regime. castro’s seeds have given fruit!

  2. This is far worse than the “gay Che,” a dumpy Chilean toad, but shit happens. She looks borderline retarded; competition for her sort of work is fierce, and I suppose this qualifies as a good career move, certainly from her standpoint. I’m still not sure this movie makes any sense in terms of box office appeal, but it will at least be a succès d’estime among the “progressive” crowd. Another day, another disgraceful Cubanoid.

  3. And to think Martí wouldn’t enter a theater because he’d have to pass under a Spanish flag draped over the door.

  4. The movie poster does not list her name. The main roles would be the spies, so is she just gratuitous cheesecake? And who’s playing sperm procurer Patrick Leahy?

  5. The entertainment industry is very leftist, so it would definitely cost her to be at all “intransigent.” However, she could just avoid the Cuba issue altogether, as others have before her.

  6. This looks and smells VERY bad. Nobody expects this girl to “compromise” herself with an overtly anti-Castro stance, but she could certainly play “neutral” and keep her nose relatively clean. This is not neutral; this is working in cahoots with Castro, Inc., which is only “cooperating” with this project because it’s Castro-friendly and free PR.

Maybe she’s really vacant and/or indolent and sees this as a career opportunity like any other, but how likely is this movie to do well enough to help her that much? Even the “Motorcycle Diaries” thing, which had far more marketing potential, didn’t exactly burn up the box office–and if “Che” couldn’t bring people into the theaters, why would far less glamorous no-name minions?

I get that, as a product of the Castro system, she’s bound to be contaminated by it, but this amounts to a propaganda film for a decrepit totalitarian dictatorship, for crying out loud. Is she really that “clueless” and amoral? Is she now just another fashionably leftist “Spanish” actress like the Cruz woman? Talk about totally unnecessary self-soiling. Disgusting.
