Some blockade! According to data compiled by CubaTrade.org, Castro, Inc. has purchased over 112 million dollars of food from the U.S. during the first 90 days of 2024. This is a huge increase. Add millions more in other goods, including over 6 million on used vehicles. Yeah, this blockade is brutal, isn’t it? See exact figures below. Chicken accounts for 70% of the total food purchases.
And the best part is that companies owned by Cubans in the US are responsible for a lot of that business…
